We want you to love your bread bags. Every order comes with a 30-day, risk-free trial. Use your bags, bake with them and see how you get on. If they aren't right for you, we'll refund you.

Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return. Every product we sell is eligible. There are no exceptions or final-sale items.
Condition
You can return your bread bags new or used. We ask that they are clean and dry, with crumbs shaken out. You don't need the original box.
How to return
- Email support@urbancreations.us with your order number. A line on why helps us improve, but it's optional.
- Within 1 business day we'll email you a prepaid return label to our US returns center. Return shipping is free for US orders.
- Drop the parcel off with the carrier on the label.
Refunds
- We refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving. We'll email you when it's done.
- Shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to deduct. We never charge restocking fees.
- Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the refund.
- Bundle orders: if you return part of a bundle, we refund the amount you actually paid for the items you return. That's the discounted bundle price, split evenly across the sets.
Exchanges
Want a different design? Email us. We'll send the new set as soon as your return is on its way.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
