These terms apply to your use of urbancreations.us and to every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
1. About us

2. Orders
When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. That is when our contract with you is formed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong. If we do, we refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free standard shipping within the United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Bundle prices (2 sets for $64.99, 3 sets for $84.99) are applied automatically in your cart and can be mixed across designs. Payment is taken in full when you order.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Handling times, transit times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, new or used, with free return shipping in the US. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Some images are illustrations or styled renders. Each bag is printed and wax-treated by hand, so small variations in color and wax texture are normal. Beeswax bread bags help homemade bread keep a crisp crust and soft crumb for the first few days. They don't preserve bread indefinitely or prevent mold, and results depend on your bread, kitchen and climate. Follow the care instructions: cool water only, no heat.
7. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Website use
All content on this site, including text, images, designs and the Urban Creations name, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy it without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
