Shipping policy

At a glance: FREE standard shipping on every US order, with no minimum spend. Orders leave our US fulfilment center within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 5 business days after that, so most orders arrive 4 to 7 business days after you order. Every order is tracked.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States: all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Washington, D.C. We can't currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories or outside the United States.
Handling time
Your bread bags are already in stock at our fulfilment center in the United States. Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time on a business day are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Free Standard Shipping is the only shipping service we offer. It's shown at checkout as "Free Standard Shipping (4-7 business days)" at $0.00, before you pay.
Christmas delivery
For delivery before Christmas, please order by December 15. Orders placed after that will still ship as quickly as possible, but may arrive after December 25.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 10 business days after dispatch, email us and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. If your parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll replace it free of charge. See our Refund Policy.
Address changes
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it until your order is dispatched.
